How To ROOT Micromax A52 Android Device

It Has been months since Micromax A52 was released in the market , it was June 2012 . It is a great giveaway by Micromax Corp. In just Rs.4800 you get Android 2.3.6 with a super-fast 1 Ghz processor , GPRS , 3G , Wi-Fi , GPS and much more . it have a 2 Mega pixel camera with Fine quality and supports Video Recording . Colors available in market are Yellow,black and white.
Days passed but no one was actually able to ROOT this amazing device . But Finally we Are back.

THINGS YOU NEED TO ROOT YOUR MICROMAX A52 :-


  • UnlockRoot :- A application software to break the root access after you have flashed your phone DOWNLOAD HERE.
  • SP Flash tool :- Another Application software to Flash your Boot.IMG file (Further explained)DOWNLOAD HERE.
  • Drivers :- Micromax A52 DEVICE  drivers so make it compatible for your windows and carry on the process GET HERE.
  • Your BOOT.IMG File :- The full system backup file of your A52.
NOTE 1:-FOR DOWNLOADING THE ABOVE FILES USE THE PASSWORD 'mastermind1024' , without quotes . As the files are uploaded by someone else .

NOTE 2 :-Read this article to get the IDEA of ROOTING as it is a Advanced Process [URGENT]

Process To Flash the BOOT.IMG provided above :-

  1. You need to install all the Drivers , SP FLASH TOOL and all other provided files on your PC.
  2. After you have installed the SP FLASH TOOL go to the option Button on the top Left side of it and Select the USB MODE .
  3. Then on the right Side you will see Various options like :- Download agent , Scatter-Loading , Auth File , Cert File and the Nand Util File .
  4. Click on the scatter-loading button and select scatter loading file which is provided in the above links .
  5. Then you have to load the BOOT.IMG file by clicking BOOTIMG in the list that will just then appear and select the Unsecured boot.img , If both the files (boot.img and scatter ) are in the same Folder then boot.img will load automatically .
  6. Remove the Battery of your device for 5-10 seconds , after that re-insert the batter in the device but do NOT   Power on your phone .
  7. Now you have to a bit careful , insert your USB data cable only in PC not in the device , make sure its not inserted in your device , only PC .
  8. Click on the DOWNLOAD button on the SP FLASH TOOL , after clicking it will show something like searching.... . on the bottom of the screen .
  9. Now be quick , As soon as possible Attach the data cable to your phone in power-off position    then SP-FLASH TOOL will show a progress bar . and after it is complete a dialog box will appear which will show successfully Flashed and after that another Dialog box will appear which will show green colored ring and showing DOWNLOAD OK  .
  10. Ignore all the Boxes , stud down SP-FLASH TOOL . and switch on the Device .

NEXT STEPS OF FINALLY ROOTING :-

  1. Switch On your device , Which you might have already done .
  2. Go to Setting > Application group>Applications>Development>USB Debugging>AND ENABLE USB DEBUGGING .
  3. Install Unlock root Software which is provided to download Above .
  4. Connect your device using data cable . Make sure You Have Enabled USB DEBUGGING.
  5. Start the Un-Lock Root software and click on the ROOT BUTTON 
  6. Select Micromax A52 In the list which show Online Devices.
  7. After the process is completed , restart your phone if Unlock Root Asks .
  8. Check the Superuser App in you App drawer .
  9. If ,its there >> CONGRATULATIONS !!!!! your Micromax A52 Is rooted .
