Every poor man of hears from someone earning online - runs to net and check what it is , there he finds a name 'Blogger' and most probably 'Google adsense' , he signs up for blogger , works very
'hard' in the beginning . as hard as a bee , but if the hard work of that individual do not go in the correct direction , that persons work will go in vain . So we are back with another crucial topic on the WWW that is the tweaks required for establishing a good blog. Here all the tips are tested are are completely genuine , if you follow them correctly , you might get out of the crowd .

• Category : Most of the bloggers are stuck on this very disturbing question that what should be the category of their blog ? The answer is here , you can build blog any topics , for details read my THIS post . The main point is that you should have genuine content and creativity on that particular topic . all category blogs may be successful , its not so that a poem blog will not do and so on .
• Time : At what time of the year are you going to start your blog ? is that the right time , have you got your exams a month later ? This is too a very crucial point , if you starting a blog in July and you have your Exams coming in August , then its all vain , to start a good blog actually there is a requirement of 3 month CONSTANT posting. so get your time . 
• Updates : Don't expect a tons of new visitors to your blog the very next day you start blogging , Google start indexing and giving results in its search after you have posted at least 10 high quality post. Update your blog regularly and write as much original content as you can . Post a maximum of 2 posts a day and minimum of a post per week .
• Layout : The design of your blog is the IMPRESSION of your content , if your content is the most valuable and you have a dull blog design , the reader may probably think 'huh.. the layout is so dull...forget the results here ' , so have a well designed blog , try to make it as user friendly as you can , add the search box , recent posts , helper widget , funny widgets - these are very use full like if you open my blog's homepage . you'll find that the social sharing buttons are very funny to use and rotate when the cursor is placed on them . so keep in mind these kinds of things.
• Quality : the Quality of the post is the KING , although other factors are also crucial , but if you copy and paste content from any where else and do not write your own blog post ... its useless .. Google Loves original ,self-written and genuine content .
• Use Google : Google has now provided many of its tools for webmaster to get a good rank for their blog ,its not that Google is strict or something else ... the fact is Google want a better level of weblogs on this WWW . i recommend you to read THIS post to know how to get traffic from Google.
• Submitting : Submit your Site to various Search engines , blog directories , catalogs etc . These are very helpful as they help Google to crawl your blog faster . you can search Google or my blog to know about the various high quality blog directories .
• Meta tags : use meta tags on your website/ blog to get the Google Bots stick to your site . search my blog for how to add META tags in blogger blogs .
• Social Media : New blogs get an instant boost by Social media sites like Facebook , twitter , Pintrest , Digg , SoCl etc .
• Relevancy : Always post articles relevant to your Blog Header i.e if your blog is about technology , do not post about Government issues etc. in this case your Blog post will not be indexed or will hardly we indexed .
• Common Sense : Every time you do some change on your blog or add a  new post just think for the following topics once - Is my content genuine ? i m doing something illegal , am i playing some thick with Google ? , Am i going against Google policies ? - If not your blog post is surely Welcomed By spiders .
