Voice Chats and Voice Calls In Facebook Messenger

Facebook Messenger - the official Facebook chat app for iOS and Android Devices in the Latest Update (4th January 2013) , Added two new amazing features being voice chat and Voice calling . Facebook Messenger already had the Feature  of text chatting , and its service in delivering Facebook messages has always been extremely Fast and reliable . Though out of the two new features only one is Available throughout the world and the other is under testing .

Voice Chat :- By the Voice Chat feature users would be allowed to send Recordings . That is If They want to send a Voice chat message to another person (Or Groups) , they have to Record their Voice this could be done by Pressing the + Button and selecting 'Record Voice' . After this they have to Hold the red Recording button till they are speaking and then Release it , On releasing the Voice Message would be sent , or if you want to Cancel that just Slide of your Finger . This Feature is present Throughout The world . This feature can help you while you are driving and you have to send an urgent message . It can also be proved useful for Disabled Person , Or for those who have finger shake Disease Which causes the Fingers to Shiver and so the Victim is not able to type the Message .

Voice Calling : This the awesomest feature Facebook could have given in messenger app ! Through  this feature you can call your Other Friends on facebook just like your regular phone call and that too without any cost . Though there would be problem for those who have a slow internet connection (In countries like India)but still Freebies are always welcomed !  this feature is currently under Development and is Only available for canada's iOS users . Though facebook reports say that  it will be available throughout in the few next weeks . This feature will work on the principle of VoIP (Stands for voice over internet Protocol) . For Doing a voice call in Canada , iOS devices users have to click on the 'i' Button on the Top Right side , and follow the onscreen steps . 

As facebook is much more in use than Skype and other VoIP it is expected to give A great Blow to the Already settled VoIP services .
